DSE Insights provides financial data, analytics, and tools for the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange. Our platform includes market data, AI-powered analysis, portfolio tracking, and related features. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

All information provided by DSE Insights is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. AI-generated forecasts and signals are not guarantees of future performance. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase. All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include applicable taxes. We accept M-Pesa and other payment methods as displayed on our platform. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from the use of DSE Insights shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
